New and Improved
- The Branch elevated the quality of OC’s dining possibilities with lots of new choices, new look and state of the art facilities.
- Fresh, clean, nutritious and delicious food can be found in The Branch with new recipes, new products we are using including fresh never frozen hamburger patties delivered daily, also fresh chicken breasts used in all of our stir fried and Nourish recipes.
- Not only is the food delicious, but the views in the dining room are awesome with so much natural light, the ambiance is amazing!

Global Fusion
Cooked on a Mongolian wok, this station has an international flare with food from around the globe that will expand your food interests and tantalize your taste buds.
Five Spice
Asian Cooking on two massive Woks like you will see in many fast food Asian cookeries. You will find steamed Rice, Fried rice, chow mein, potstickers, egg rolls and entress like Orange Chicken or Beef and broccoli here.
Nourish
Our healthy line with tons of fresh choices! One day we might have Jamaican Jerk Chicken served with Quinoa, black rice, spinach, pineapple, green onions, cilantro and balck beans. Every day is a healthy day at Nourish.
Scramble & Tossed
In the morning, Scramble offers fresh omelets, scrambles with tons of toppings, like ham & Cheese and more! At lunch, the line turns into Tossed, a freshly prepared pasta dish just for you! One day you could find Italian Chicken with marinara sauce, all cooked in front of you your way, just for you, hot and fresh
The Kitchen Table
Comfort food here all the time for lunch and dinner. You will find things like Chicken Fried Steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, broccoli and freshly baked dinner rolls.
Flame
Each day you will find one of the following, each day different! From freshly cooked Hamburgers, Bratwurst, chicken tenders, corn dogs and more! And our burgers are made with fresh never frozen hamburger patties delivered daily. Of course you can't have a grill without Fries, Tater Tots or Onion Rings!
Fresh
This line is all fresh and made to order! When you walk up you pick sandwich, wrap or salad and then we walk with you down the line asking which fresh items you would like. Look for buffalo chicken, fajita beef, chicken caesar and more, and top it off with your favorite dressing or sauce!
Pizza
Cooked to order 7 inch pizza in two minutes! Pick your toppings and we will make it and bake it in record time! Or just grab one of our pre-prepared pizza's hot & ready with no waiting! Pepperoni, Sausage, Cheese, supreme and more!

Chick - Fil - A
- Chick-fil-A Opened in 2016 and is still jamming with business!
- It was assumed UDining too small of a company to get Chick-fil-A on this campus, but we made it happen!
- UDining’s values match up perfectly with OC and Chick-fil-A’s values, and we have exceeded their expectations in sales, quality and cleanliness.
- We are open when school is open, but always closed on Sundays.
Aguila's Grill
- Aguila’s Grill is UDining’s own brand opened in 2019!
- Marco Valladares aided in creating our new menus, testing different meats, spices and sauces to get it just right.
- Our street tacos are awesome and the cheese sauce is amazing! Gotta come check this place out.
