Kurt Hermanson - President
Kurt has been in food service for over 40 years and in contract dining for over 35 years in various positions, from Manager Trainee to Area General Manager supervising over 8 million dollars at 4 Universities. He left the corporate world in 2009 to begin his dream of running his own company in 2010. He is devoted to being honest with his clients, and sharing in their visions/goals while taking care of his customers, clients and staff.
Katrina Walker - Front House Manager
Katrina has been in contract dining for over 30 years and has been a huge asset with her training skills, working with our students and staff and is wonderful to work with.
Kenny Stratton - Manager
Kenny has been at UDining for over 30 years, working his way from kitchen helper to Manager while here. Kenny, is an expert Baker, does quality control and works with special events both for the Student Meals as well as Catering. He is dedicated to making the food delicious and does anything and everything to make your dining a great experience.
Lauren Olsen - General Manager
Lauren has been at UDining as the Director of Catering for over 12 years and General Manager for the past 5 years. She does a wonderful job taking care of our catering needs and all special events. She loves her job and it shows in the way she handles events and takes care of her clients. We are pleased that she is on our team and if you ever need anything in the way of catering please let her know.
Mike Payne - Director of Operations
Mike has been in the food business for over 40 years and in the campus dining business for over 25. Mike is in charge of daily operations and handles just about everything to do with your Dining experience here at UDining. Mike is always around and is the first one to help you out in if you ever need anything. He is invaluable to our operation and does a great job.
Ginger Grey - Chef and Kitchen Manager
Ginger has been in working with food her entire life and has a passion for flavor, presentation and quality. She has been a blessing to our team and continues to make us better with her culinary expertise.
